As CEO of Physician’s Quality Care, I would develop a strategic plan to enhance the quality and patient’s safety, build new links within the community to enhance patient volume and turn the health care organization more concentrated and driven only to outpatient care into a network encompassing the full continuum of care. Also, our health care organization will look at investing a new and up to date electronic health record system. The main goal is to decrease expenses within the organization and enhance competence. The savings could then be put into enlarging new programs and improving the previous ones (Sloane, 2014).
