She mentioned that the working environment is crucial for everyone’s safety and prevention including patient outcomes in surgical and clinic settings. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS); The recertification through National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) along with the Joint Commission preparation are fundamental to achieving our goals and objectives. Post documentation is significant in how safe care was done and for reimbursement purposes improving quality. Certainly these responsibilities are vigorous and I believe C.D has to have a compassion for staying in this position for 3 years.
