Task 3 – Report Q1-6

1. Restora-roof need to make some change.
First of all, Restora-roof needs to have more offices around the city. So that it could be easy for the staff to be furnished with the equipment instead of being dependent on suppliers.
Secondly, they have to be trained regarding the electronic system, rather than doing paper work.
Last but not least, Restora-roof has to maintain the range of services in more profitable areas.
Summary, what I would prioritize before, it will be training the staff regarding computer skills so that could be easy to arrange appointment , order the equipment and keep in contact with new clients. Then more office around the city, in this way the staff doesn’t need to travel a lot.

4. Self assessment can give you information that will hopefully lead to:
• performance improvement
• identification of problems outside your control
• greater job satisfaction
• identification of training needs
• improvement in salary/career prospects.

5. I think is my responsibility to access development opportunities. I think that the first judges about our personal development and job ourselves. If the company sees your interest in wanting to grow and develop their skills, I think everything automatically.

6. My personal view is that my organization should record all work-related development activities , because I believe that the experience pays on work. By this I mean, if I had already some experience in doing a job I will be confident to move in that job. This can allow me in my current job to have more opportunities than the other to have eventually more qualification and to be some in advance to
