Call of duty is a first person shooter. The games up to four modes campaign multiple survival and zombies. The game is on pc, Xbox, xbox360, Xbox one, ps2, ps3, ps4, ds, Wii, and Wii u.
The first Call of Duty was called “call of duty the game was released on October 29, 2003 the developer was Infinity Ward.” The game takes place in WWII. The game had two different modes campaign and multiplayer. The game first came out on pc and then came out on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. There are three different campaigns the American the British and the Russian side from 7 to 14 different missions. The multiplayer mode was one reason people got any of the call of duty games with call of duty being the first one there were sixteen maps with six different modes to try. One of the most played modes is Deathmatch or team Deathmatch.
“Call of Duty united offensive” was the second in the line witch was released on September 14, 2004. The developer of call of duty united offensive was Gray Matter Interactive. Call of duty 4 was the first call of duty to be rated mature. The game had a campaign that has one line. The multiplayer also added new features. One feature is a ranking system. It also added costume class system giving people more of a style to fight with. They also added the ability to add camos to the weapons. They also added perks to multiplayer giving people more ammo to being stealthy. The game was the first introduce killstreaks 3 kills = radar 5 kills = airstrike and 7 kills = helicopter.
