One of these characteristics that I believe I possess is that I will be able to work not only as a top manager but as a first line manager as well. I work well in groups, but still have the leadership qualities to keep everything organized. If I become successful in the business world I would also aspire to be a philanthropist. I would love to be able to help as many people I possibly could and to be able to give back to charities and people who really need it. Bill Gates is a prime example of philanthropy. These are the important values and lessons I have learned from researching about Bill Gates. Bill Gates is well known for his philanthropic ways and his tremendous success with Microsoft. He left an astounding imprint on the business world that will remain for years to come. He has the ability to be the “Richest Man Alive”, yet still give back and help others in need. He is someone who should be well respected and more people with his amount of wealth should follow suit. He is a prime example of what you can achieve when you put your mind and will power into it. I aspire to be like him when I begin my business
