R: Client presented well-groomed and with good hygiene. The client was dressed appropriately wearing blue jeans, a jacket and a hat. Client's affect was appropriate and congruent, and his mood appeared euthymic. Client reported losing his phone and asked CM for assistance in reporting it to his cell-phone provider. Mental health: Client denied having any symptoms related to PTSD. Client denied S/I, H/I.
Financial: Client reported waiting for his SSDI check via direct deposit. Client expressed his desire to save money in order to cover expenses related to his housing. Client reported his intention to start savings plan on 5/2.
