On Wednesday at 12:03 AM Resident Director Brandon Winslow received a phone call from Resident Assistant Christian San Pedro regarding a resident of concern. Resident Maryssa Hodder and Resident Marena Horan came to Resident Assistant Kayli Boyes with concerns on the whereabouts of Resident Falon Nonemacher who also resides in McHale 327. Resident Nonemacher was not answering phone calls from both Resident Hodder and Horan. RD Winslow was informed that Resident Nonemacher left to go home on Tuesday October 3rd around 1:00AM. CCIB Intake received an email from Scott Woodworth son of residents Bettye and Ralph Woodworth. On 4/3/10 at approximately 10:10AM resident Bettye walks into the laundry room in the facility, slipped on a recently mopped floor resulting in a break to her femur bone which leg unknown). Bettye was transported to Eisenhower Medical Center and had surgery to place a rod in her leg. Bettye remained in the hospital for a week until transported to The Fountains at the Carlotta Rehabilitation Facility in Palm Desert. The leg will take at least 6 weeks to heal.…

On 5/23/16 Harmoni stated that her neck was hurting to the program director and the bus driver as she exited the bus. Residents placed in a long term care facility is a hardship alone on the resident and families. Some families are in need of a little more assistance with their family member. This help may be required for many of the activities of daily living or needs that healthy, active people take for granted and may include such things as walking, bathing, dressing, and using the bathroom.
