Normally, these leaders to be more open and provide full access to the team to decide. Workers or subordinates can make decisions and do not need to get a decision from the higher authorities. Othr than that, these leaders prefer to give tasks and challenges to its employees. When the assignment was received by individually or in the work force, their leader gave full authority to its employees to make their own decisions and move on its own without having to ask permission from their bosses to do something.
