Autocratic
An autocratic leadership style is where the leader makes all the decision. Jessica is and autocratic leader as she not only instructs Harvey what to do but also Louis Litt and continues to keep up to date on they work.
Democratic
A democratic leader is similar to an autocratic leader but allows more involvement from others in the decision-making process. This leadership style is seen by Harvey as he allows Mike to help resolve the pro bono case. Ultimately Harvey makes the final decisions, mainly due to Mike never having a proper law education.

The laissez-faire leadership style really seen the episode as it is when the leader only tells someone what must be done but not how. This is only seen once when Jessica lets Harvey resolve an issue that has arisen from a client.
