Throughout the course we have discussed many topics all leading up to leadership. Throughout the lesson plans we have learned about cultural awareness, decision making, and different types of leadership. The leadership styles we learned about are transformational, transactional, and adaptive leadership. These topics have all lead up to these videos we watched (Admiral McRaven’s Speech and the Decision-Making TED Talk).
After watching ADM McRaven’s speech I noticed two key points he spoke about. You cannot change the world alone; you need help from others. He also said that the power of hope changes the world.
