On January 23, 1973, a radical decision was made that would determine the fate of millions of people. In Texas, a young pregnant women argued that illegalizing abortion is unconstitutional. After a heated debate, the United States Supreme Court finally ruled that abortion is unconstitutional. Today, because of this one ruling, millions of potential lives have been destroyed, and because of this, it is necessary for the people of America to bond together to protest against these injustices and destroy the act legalizing this evil. Hidden within the pages of the Constitution in the fourteenth amendment, it states that no person can be “deprived of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, without due process of law.” After the legalization of abortion in Roe vs. Wade, unborn were denied their constitutional right to life. Now, women are the ones to choose whether or not a child lives, when in reality, it is not their decision to make. It is not their life to terminate.
