What would happened if the Roe v. Wade reverse? Would you be against it or would you approve it? The roe v wade was a case decided in 1973 by the United States Supreme Court. This decision legalized abortion in the first trimester of pregnancy. The decision of the roe v wade was written by Justice Harry Blackmun and based on the residual right of privacy, which struck down dozens of state antiabortion statutes. These decisions of the constitution lead to many pro-abortion and anti-abortion activists.

Many women’s risk their lives by having an abortion. It don’t matter if the abortion they are having is legal or illegal many women’s can have the risk of dying while having an abortion and ending their life like they want to end their child’s.
In conclusion, there are many reasons why abortion should be legal and illegal. Like there are also many anti-abortion and pro-abortion activists.
