Are you the person you really want to be? Or, would you prefer certain changes be made in your life? All people change; however, all changes do not improve one’s life, and whether a person becomes better or worse depends upon what he wants to happen. Although, such a transformation or change doesn’t commonly occur without assistance, the one who desires changes for the better must put himself in the right place with the right surroundings. Then the change will occur.

The story is about a young man who was very wealthy. One day he came walking up to my Lord and asked Him, “Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life?” The Lord said to him, “Why do you call me good? There is one who is good and that is God.”
Now, the Lord did not say that He wasn’t good. When the young man came up to Jesus and asked Him that question, he did not acknowledge the Lord as Deity; the Messiah. The words he used when he addressed the Lord as “Good Master” were the words commonly used in referring any man in the position of a master. Well, the Lord took notice that the young man did not respect Him as being the Messiah; so, He took one word from the young man’s question and taught him a lesson.
Jesus simply said to the young man, “You call Me good, but only God is good. If I am good, then I am God. So, why don’t you acknowledge me as God, who is good?”
Then the Lord told him to keep the Ten Commandments. The young man told the Lord that he had been keeping those commandments all of his life. And, he was telling the truth, because the Lord did not question his claim. Jesus had already looked down into that man’s heart and He knew that he was telling the
