3.5 Diversity In The Workplace

As stated in 3.5 Safety no form of harassment is tolerated. We want the employees to be safe and have a comfortable place to come to work. If any employee feels uncomfortable by harassment it must be reported to the manager. If the manager is the employee creating harassment the employee must contact our corporate office to state a complaint. Termination is an automatic action if a form of harassment is caused. We take sexual harassment very seriously and will not be tolerated. We want to protect our employees and have a system that the employee can feel comfortable to explain any issue to.

4.4 Diversity: In Gods eyes we are all looked at as the same and created in His image. This is the motto we follow to ensure that we do not compare others by their age, sex, race, or background. With diversity we will allow to have more views on situations helping the company strive and be more successful. It must be reported to manager if any employee feels like

Customer Treatment: Our goal is to create relationships with the customers and show them the love of Jesus Christ. Every customer that walks into the store must be treated with great customer service. If a customer ever has a problem, we will let them know our manager will contact them to solve the issue. The customer is always right and there are no exceptions. We want to have a great reputation of a business and represent the Lord well.

6. Vendor Treatment: Building relationships with our vendor is important for a successful business. Our vendors help us and we will always be open to new ideas and listen to the vendors. We will treat them with respect and honor.

7. Competition Treatment: Loving one another is in our mission and we must love our competition and treat them with the most respect. Others brands have been around for a while and we must build relationships with the brands allowing friendly competition and partnerships.
