Our company, Benetton Group is one of the biggest business in the world, with many popular brands in a wide range of selection. Our sales and operations have increased significantly and they continue to do so. I am here to talk about the two different strategies that our management team is considering for the future. The first strategies being that Benetton should consider the expansion of their manufacturing and production to developing economies to grow sales of the company in those developing markets. The second strategies suggests that Benetton should find ways to provide supplementary help and support for retailers around the globe, but especially for the few who are operating in developing economies against advanced competitors and are …show more content…
With outside partners we get fresh minds who have expertise in logistics services at a lower cost. We also won 't have to worry too much about distribution because we will have partners who will oversee that in their part of the region. Once they get an order of what products to produce they can quickly fill up that production order with-out having to get approval from the top saving time and money. And with orders being fill quickly and at a lower manufacturing and disturb using price we can grow our business buy selling our product at a reasonable price compared to our competitors. Not only will this help us gain more market profit but it will also make customers very happy. All working towards one goal which is to provide the customer from all around the world with the products they need. Since we are a large company we rely heavily on these partners and retailers to help us carry out our operations of logistics services and retail store managements in the most effective and efficient way possible. Therefore, it’s very essential for the company to keep a strong and healthy relationship with all of its partners and retailers, because in the end they are helping us make revenue. And if we don 't help them out, what would our customer and partners think, that we only show that we care about world problem but our real goal is profit.
