    Introduction I chose Jenni Rivera because she had a pretty hard life. Her life was sad and very interesting. She accomplished a lot in her life and she was a brave person even at the hardest times in her life. Jenni was a successful person and she was very talented, she was a singer and a business woman she sold over 15 million copies of her 12 albums. She was inspiring to many people because she was very helpful Jenni had a foundation for women that were victims of violence. Early Life Jenni Rivera was born on July 2nd 1969 in Long Beach California. Jenni had a rough life she got pregnant at 15 years old by Trino Marin so her parents kicked her out. She later on married Trino and had two more children. Living with him for eight years she described were physically abusive. Jenni completed high school, college, and studying business. She didn’t like her marriage with Trino because it led her to depression and two suicide attempts. Later on she eventually left her husband and went back with her parents and started working for her dad's record label. Career She first discovered her dreams of singing by working in her dads record label. She then started performing in bars and signed with the label fonovisa and came out with her first record label “Que Me Entierren Con La Banda.” She made hit albums and earned Latin Grammys and Billboard nominations.
