Introduction I chose Jenni Rivera because she had a pretty hard life. Her life was sad and very interesting. She accomplished a lot in her life and she was a brave person even at the hardest times in her life. Jenni was a successful person and she was very talented, she was a singer and a business woman she sold over 15 million copies of her 12 albums. She was inspiring to many people because she was very helpful Jenni had a foundation for women that were victims of violence.

Early Life Jenni Rivera was born on July 2nd 1969 in Long Beach California. Jenni had a rough life she got pregnant at 15 years old by Trino Marin so her parents kicked her out. She later on married Trino and had two more children. Living with him for eight years she described were physically abusive. Jenni completed high school, college, and studying business. She didn’t like her marriage with Trino because it led her to depression and two suicide attempts. Later on she eventually left her husband and went back with her parents and started working for her dad's record label.

Although the 43 year old passed away in a plane crash on December 9, 2012 in Nuevo León Mexico. Jenni was with her crew going to Monterrey for a conference after a show. That was when the airplane lost contact and crashed, investigators still don’t know exactly what happened to the plane and they found all six passengers counting Jenni dead. Not only that but investigators still haven’t found her whole body they’ve only found parts of her body like her leg and they also found her hair, clothes, and shoes. As of now she has five children two boys and three girls. Her second to oldest daughter is now following in her steps with her singing career, and when she died they lived with Jenni’s sister
