In May 1983, The Perusahaan Otomobil Nasional (PROTON) is Malaysian automobile manufacturer headquarters in Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan. The first Malaysian car has produces by PROTON that used technology and part from Mitsubishi Motor is Proton Saga. It was established in July 9, 1985 by Malaysian Prime Minister, Dato’ Seri Mahathir Mohamed. PROTON was dominant carmakers until the establishment of PERODUA in 1993. The main functions of PROTON are to manufacture, assemble, and sell motor vehicles with the parts and components. PROTON also involved in financial services and property management. Proton Holdings Berhad has produces the first compact multi-purpose vehicle in Malaysia, it called Proton Exora. Proton Exora is the first Malaysia MPV was launched on April 15, 2009. (Proton, 2013)

1.2 Statement of the problem

1.2.1 Customer
In Malaysia, many people have married or have big family. Usually, people use a MPV car for easy to them to travel with a large number of families. With the MPV car, it easy for families carries a lot of thing together with them.

Nowadays, most people in Malaysia want some features that can attract the people. Even Perodua Alza and Proton Exora are the kind of MPV, it also have the own speciality of features.
