CarMax as of right now has 35.7K followers. For a Facebook advertisement it cost about $24 per 100 people according to http://fitsmallbusiness.com/how-much-does-facebook-advertising-cost/#.
Our digital strategy is to increase their customer base by at least 1000 new followers on both social media platforms. I would say that CarMax should expect to pay at least $240 per day for Facebook because would reach about 1000 new consumers. On twitter they should spend at least $3000 to receive 1000 new followers.

Tools & Tactics
Social media and mass media would most benefit the digital strategy by getting people to actually visit the website. Once people visit CarMax’s website they are sold because of how amazing the website is. The big problem is getting them to visit. Having people tweet or post great experience they had with CarMax would persuade a customer to have a look at what their friend are talking
