Throughout the years, Xerox kept up its solid spotlight on diversity. In the 60's they procured African Americans to enhance uniformity in the work environment. In the 80's they kept on contracting ladies, and in the 90's procured individuals of diverse sexual backgrounds

The diversity practices of Xerox focuses on many of the content that was reviewed in class. Diversity is a way of life at Xerox. For over thirty years, Xerox has been an inclusive and multicultural workforce: Minorities make up more than 50% of their workforce, 22.4% of officials or managers are minorities, 35.5% of new hires are minorities and 31.4% are female, and about 48.2% of Xerox senior executives are women. The high percentage of women in the higher positions of the organization shows that the "Leaking Pipeline" phenomenon does not apply to them. By showing respect for diversity in the workplace, Xerox has become one of the most progressive companies in the world. They have also received many awards for being an inclusive corporate culture.
