On Monday October 12, 2015 I sat down with Theresa Heil, Human Resources Director in her Eau Claire office to discuss how benefits that Wirtz Beverage offers its employees relates directly to retention within the company. In this discussion we talked in detail of the benefits offered to the various positions within the company and also the great success that Wirtz Beverage has had in recent years due to the continuous growth and dedication of the company’s employees. It was quite clear from the start the benefits that Wirtz Beverage offers its employees is a direct link to keeping the employees in the company.
