The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) gives TeamMates access to a network of professional counselors and service providers contracted to help families with confidential personal issues through telephone counseling, face-to-face counseling sessions, instructional materials, computer-based training and group/family workshops.
The program offers help with marital problems, financial concerns, emotional stress, alcohol and drug abuse, family and teenage worries etc.
