After going through and looking at all the possibilities of what I want to do with my life, I finally came down to one. I want to be an Early Childhood Educator. In this field, I will be working with minds from the ages zero to nine. I have been working with children ever since the age of thirteen. I didn't realize that playing and teaching these young adolescent minds would soon be the major I would be studying. I’ve chosen lots of areas to study throughout high school, but I’ve always kept changing my mind. Some benefits to working in early childhood education is the environment and creativity. The environment that I will be in is not only good for the students it will be good for me too. While being in environments that deals with young minds, those minds are being shaped by the curiosity they have when I teach. Those sparks of excitement and questioning are the things I look forward to. Also, the creativity I can do throughout my classroom. Being creative is something I know how to do well. I will also learn how to design creative and fun activities for children.
