Abortion is legal in the United States of America and rightly so. In other countries abortion laws are restrictive that even when a mother’s life is in jeopardy a woman does not have the choice to abort. The feeling when a doctor tells you that you are going to die because of a complication with the fetus in your womb can be devastating. The doctor claims he cannot abort the fetus because of the laws to protect life. This research paper will evaluate the reasons why abortion should be legal in every country around the world by the help of scholarly journals and testimonials of real woman on the benefiting factor of abortion. Abortion should be legal when it comes to the many different cases. When rape or incest has occurred as well as reasons why abortion should be legal in the cases of rape and incest and to save the woman’s life when complications occur.
Throughout the world, abortion varies from country to country. Mexico, brazil, Germany, Spain, Poland, Senegal, Nigeria, and Japan abortion is Illegal with the exception to save the mothers

Their ability to choose their fertility, “Without that, (control our fertility) we are trapped by the realities of pregnancy, childbirth and childrearing; rather than a privilege and a gift, these aspects of being female become an unbearable burden, (MIT). If a woman is not allowed an abortion then the government is saying woman are an incubator and your job is to pump out babies. A woman is more than a machine to pump out babies. A woman is a person with dreams and aspirations, one who shouldn’t be limited to the burden of a child. If a woman is not ready to have a child and wants an abortion would that be irresponsible?
