Throughout the years, many books and articles have been written about leadership. Although we do not think about it, we are all leaders, whether at work, while we practice a sport, at home with family and in our daily lives. In short, you do not need to be famous, powerful or have an important position in a company to be a leader. We lead through our beliefs, our confidences or else think of the times you were first to ask questions in class, to express your opinion even if it was unpopular or give suggestions and assignments while you worked in a group. This is because we are all capable of doing much more than we imagine, when we make full use of our resources we can arise in such a way that we are able to encourage and be inspiring. The challenge begins when realizing that everything is already within you, now you must learn to awaken those dormant resources, those talents that you may not have demonstrated at certain times, because you may have found yourself restrained by the fear of standing out or possible failure.

Our current society has so many distractions, everything is oriented to the outside world; we have so many interruptions that, we do not realize the influence we have on the people that are around us. Great leaders are often among us. Frequently, it is people contiguous to us who are doing great actions with little resources; the seeds of leadership exist in any one of us who endeavors to lead, even in the most uncertain undertakings.
