What makes a leader? This is a very good question I always ask myself when I deal with my supervisor. I am a nurse case manager in Manage Long Term Care Company ( MLTC). I have met two supervisors for the past one year after I hired to my current company. There are two different styles of showing their leader skill. She has offered full time work from home to current employees so that the current employees can take more cases possible to relieve the shortage of employees. Also, she dealt with her boss to get more benefits in order to negotiate with interviewers. In addition, she has promoted a few senior employees with rewards.
