To be a leader, means you have to learn how to bake a cake. What on earth does baking a cake and leadership have in common? Well, let me explain. When baking a box cake, you have to have the cake mix, the oil, the eggs, and the water. When developing leadership qualities, everyone has to have a personality that is just like your box cake mix. This is extremely important, this is what people notice about you, how you interact with others, and how you react to situations. So, just like when you buy a box cake you have to add some ingredients in to make the cake become real. Just like a box cake the things we add are as important as what we start with.
