Leadership Philosophy

My leadership Philosophy consists of integrity, communication, trust and respect. All of these are incorporated in my daily decisions. I believe that everyone should act and behave with honesty and integrity. These values will not be negotiable. I will lead by example by maintaining a high standards. I will make sure to my Soldiers are held accountable and exceed standard that is set.
I believe to be a good leader you should be open minded and willing to accept other’s ideas. Empowering others to make decisions and giving them a voice is important. This will give them the strength to grow and possess their own vision. Instilling this kind of confidence will help them conquer any challenge they are faced with. You
