Leadership Philosophy
My leadership Philosophy consists of integrity, communication, trust and respect. All of these are incorporated in my daily decisions. I believe that everyone should act and behave with honesty and integrity. These values will not be negotiable. I will lead by example by maintaining a high standards. I will make sure to my Soldiers are held accountable and exceed standard that is set.
I believe to be a good leader you should be open minded and willing to accept other’s ideas. Empowering others to make decisions and giving them a voice is important.
