Wesfarmers Limited is listed company indulged in retail, chemical, fertilizer, coal mining as well as industrial safety products. The company is the largest company by revenues size in Australia. The company has been majorly present in retail store however it has recently started to shift to e-commerce. The organizational structure of the company is of two types. One for the division in the organization and other is one for the human resources of the organization. The company is divided into two divisions namely retail and industry & other businesses. Under the retail it has four organizations while under the industrial and other businesses.
The human resources structure of the company indicates hierarchy structure where there are directors, managing directors who are parallel in hierarchy. All the heads of all the divisions reports into the managing directors who in turn are reported by other team leads and managers in the organization (Wesfarmers, 2017).
