1. This homepage is targeting all users who own a computer, tablet or a smartphone. This page is targeting English speakers. But the language will change based on your IP location. Most people know about google, so it will be easy to spot this service if you just have a Gmail account. All users will be interested in this service because it offers 15 GB of storage for free.
2. The homepage was designed and written to introduce the google storage service. If I had to write this I would have said:
With google drive, you can store your photos and files easily. Through your Gmail account, you can access the drive and start backing up your photos, email attachments, and files. Once stored, all these files can be accessed from multiple devices.
3. The messages that this homepage conveys to users is the free and paid storage that google offers to all their users. This can be summarized in three details:
• 15 GB free for every user who has a Gmail account.
• Save files on the driver such as photos, documents, videos, and emails.
• Share your files with the users by allowing them to access the files with the option to edit if needed.

Both the style and tone are very appropriate for the audience. The style seems to be simple enough to reach out to all audience. The use of direct sentences and phrases makes it easy enough for the audience to understand. The tone seems to be professional and friendly. It tends to offer encouragement and motivation to all users to use this service. The page serves its purpose, which is to introduce and educate users on this new service that is available for free.
