Communication is extremely important when it comes to a health and social care message. Communication is passing a message on to a person/people using different types based on the person. An example of some different types of communication is: verbal, written, visual, touch, sign language, and even braille.

Depending on the patient, I feel this is the best way of putting a message across, because it comes across as the most serious ‘down to business’ approach.
The patient might also feel less intimidated, because it’s just them and the doctor, who is listening to what they have to say
