In the article Health Communication, I noticed and agree with the author when they say that communication is an important tool to communicate with patients or staff. Doctors have to picked the right words to explain to the patient on how to drink their medicine because if they don't understand the patient can take the wrong quantity. "Can the hospital get sued from a patient who feels or has experienced bad communication with his/her doctor?" "What can doctors or patient's do to have better communication skills or change the old habits?"
