Abstract Coffee is one of the most famous beverages that millions of people tend to drink during their everyday lives. Little do these people know that to create this beverage, it has to go through a process that takes a lot of skill, precision, and, patience. This process is called roasting. Roasting coffee beans breaks down the physical and chemical properties of coffee beans. It is also a process that turns the beans into the coffee that everyday people tend to drink for energy. This process creates the flavors and aromas of the coffee. Method: Collect various coffee beans and roast them differently to find out the different caffeine content between them. The process of roasting coffee beans consists of cleaning the beans, roasting them in different styles, cooling, grinding, and then packaging them to be sent off.
