2) Not Engaged Employees

They spend a great deal of time being negative in meetings on the phone and even worse with clients or customers. They take up managers time complaining or convincing team members why something won’t work. Features
They are wasting time in the organization without doing anything.
They are not concern about the success of the organization.
Their absenteeism is high.
