This would directly change the pollution in the air. This policy would probably include decreasing the pollution by decreasing power usage in homes with propaganda. It would also encourage the use of electric cars and appliances to decrease the use of gasoline and other sources of non-clean fuel. Lastly, the policy would to enforce recycling. Most people don’t even own their own cars in the city due to the things being within walking distance and parking spots aren’t the easiest thing to find. This is little of an issue though since, according to Smart Asset, Boston holds the third best transit system in the United States. Boston could improve upon the transit system by creating a more organized and less scattered system, but this is something that cannot be forced to quickly or else the public would be in disarray with the new system. Organized or not, the city’s transportation system is as resilient as it can currently get.
