Although some people may disagree, I believe that North Americans depend too much on their car to move from one place to another. In today’s world, we constantly hear about different problems tied to the excessive utilization of automobiles such as pollution, much expenses and last, but not the least, disease are increasing due to lack of training. Therefore, I believe that North Americans should leave their cars to home.
One of the reason I feel this way is the damage that cars bring to the environment. Lowering the use of this type of transportation can reduce air and noise pollution. Nature really needs to be supported and sustained because we are harming it too much and this will lead to a catastrophe and in a few years the world will change enough that our babies won't know the color of a tree, as a result of pollution.
Some cities appear that they have understood and they are reducing their usage of cars. For example, in my town once a month is forbidden to drive cars or motorbikes.

Using cars for short movement isn't a bad common habit, but, if we replace cars with bicycle for short paths, we will gain a better health. Walking or bicycling improve health rate which, consequently, decrease diseases such as heart attacks or strokes. For example, my father have had a stroke due to his lackness of phisically training. After that, his doctor has told him to walk more and to eat better. From that moment, my father has lost 20 kilos and he is in a perfect shape and, when he has to do little movement, he prefers to walk instead of using cars because he says that this gives multiple advantages such as no problem with traffic, it's priceless and he improves his health
