To me, working as a teacher assistant is very important. It brings a lot of interesting challenges and the idea of working with children to help develop their natural skills is what I look forward to. Working with young children is significant because I think this is the age that they are the most impressionable so teaching them at this stage is very important. During my college summer breaks I had the opportunity to be employed by the Briner Christian School of Academic Ellienence and Exposure. My duties involved lesson preparation, classroom management and a wide range of children’s learning activities. My ultimate goal is to received a Master Degree in Education and working as a teacher assistant can be an excellent first step.
