The current generation is too vain with their current looks and styles. They’re willing to try everything that would seem “effective” on popular media sources to be able to attain the perfect sculpture of Greek Goddess/Gods. We’re given to test this fitness hypothesis and put them to the test by ourselves to see if it works or not. Swimmers need to clear out their lungs and fill in the air as fast as they can while keeping their rhythm. As we’ve discussed in class, this type of exercise is good for improving one’s lung function and capacity. Proper rhythmic breathing is a must in order to complete a lap in the pool. Clients with respiratory disease that needs an aerobic exercise can benefit from swimming or other aquatic activities because the water moistens the air they breathe. An example would be a young patient with asthma, they still need to be in a healthy state without worrying about any attacks that might happen.
