Isabel De Los Rios: The Beyond Diet

Decent Essays
Created by nutritionist Isabel De Los Rios, the Beyond Diet is designed to help people of all shapes and sizes lose weight. The key to the diet is figuring out how much water and food each dieter should consume each day, and then design a diet around those two things.

After going through the Beyond Diet questionnaire, dieters will be told which foods they should and shouldn't eat and how much water they need to be drinking on a daily basis. Each dieter gets their own eating guide based on their answers, which will include both a calorie limit and a list of good and bad food choices.

Do Dieters Lose Weight on the Beyond Diet?

While it is important to eat a well-balanced diet, the Beyond Diet does end up restricting certain foods and food

A journalist writes the articles pertaining to all the different ways that are claimed healthy eating. Pollan says “eat foods that are less processed”.…
