Crossfit: The Superior Athlete

Spread the news! A new breed of athlete has been brought forth upon our land. A superior group of people has revolutionized the fitness industry forever. They have created new lifts, techniques, and movements, movements that are proven to be more safe and effective than regular lifting. Of course, I am referring to a cult called CrossFit. Crossfit is the incorporation of many different training styles including plyometrics, gymnastics, and Olympic lifts. Do a backflip, then run to the pull-up bar and perform muscle ups while flopping like a kipper, and finally do 15 hang-snatches; this is Crossfit. So, let's cut to the chase, Crossfitters are the most notable athletes of all time because they are modest, they use extreme form, and they have the safest techniques. Crossfit used circuit training and intervals of high strenuous activity. Most of the exercises consist of jerking motions like power cleans and hang snatches along with pull-ups or muscle-ups, and all of these tasks are timed which So, these quick and rapid jerking movements require minimal focus for safety and do not lead to shoulder injuries, back injuries, or any injury at all in fact! Therefore, Crossfitters are the fittest athletes to walk this Earth due to their ultra-safe routines. Crossfit has utilized plyometrics, Olympic lifts, calisthenics, and cardiovascular workouts to create a modest athlete that can innovate the safest exercise routines known to man. Crossfit gyms are popping up everywhere, and like herpes, they won't go away. The bar has been lifted, snatched, and cleaned to a level never imagined, thanks to one breed of fitness... Crossfit.
