Introduction
“Apology is a way to accept their fault and sharing the information which incorporate various segments. It requires to cover all parts that present. It ought to first express disappointment as well as show sympathy towards patient harm(Joanna,2014)”. Confession should always be come from your heart to maintain a good relationship with patient and family. Either your mistake or system deficiency is the reason of patient harm you should be apology for that to build up contact with patient (Institute for Healthcare Improvement,2017). For soothing moving relation with client and family it is necessary always to handle the situation with calm and honesty so that a circumstance does not heighten.

Sometimes while providing care, errors occur that may be cause injury to patient. At that time disclosure of adverse event apology play an important role. Firstly, apology helps to build up a strong relationship with patient and family. It says that you share values with respect to proper conduct towards each other. If you delay to accept your fault and saying apology to patient then it lost trust from patient and their family(Wagner,2000). Secondly, it restores the dignity. When you accept your all mistake and show empathy feeling towards patient then it enhances the dignity, make you feel comfortable and relax(Scott,2016). Thirdly, it relieves your stress. After the confession of mistake in front of patient and family, burden will be reduced and you become more ease off. Last but not the least, it is learning experience for all the care provider.
