The personal experience of the author has influenced the view of how job satisfaction relates to organizational behavior. This is how much subordinates and employees of an organization have a personal stake in the success of the organization. The use of organizational behavior can improve the performance of an organization (Robbins & Judge, 2009, p. 10). There is research providing strong evidence in better performing organizations where management has strong employee management (p. 10). The purpose of organizational behavior research is to understand how factors influence the performance (p. 11). The behaviors in an organization influence employees directly to make the ethical foundation (Fisher, 2012, p. 8). The environment management provides in an organization can influence an organization (p. 8). The will directly affect the performance and conduct of employees in a business (p. 8).

The satisfaction employees have in the organization is because of what is accomplished (Robbins & Judge, 2009, p. 79). This typically relates to how the employee attitude is toward the business or organization (p. 79). The positive or negative attitude that employees perceive directly reflect the organizations environment (p. 79). There are many factors contribute to the level of job satisfaction (p. 84). These factors include but are not limited to job compensation, management, employee relationships, and job advancement (p. 84).
