The Holocaust
The Holocaust was a time period of great despair for Jews, Gypsies, the mentally disabled, and many other minorities. The Holocaust took place from January 30, 1933 to May 8, 1945. Many Jews were punished for their religion, being blamed for the murder of Jesus Christ. It took place all throughout Europe and other countries such as Germany, Australia, Berlin, Poland, Denmark, The Soviet Union, France, Greece, the Netherlands, and Hungary. The Holocaust was a major turning point in history which we now remember to prevent the start of another World War.
There were many causes of the Holocaust and many are from many centuries ago. Those reasons were antisemitism, jealousy, political issues, economic issues, long held grudges,
