Should man determine whether another man lives or dies? This is what the Death Penalty shows us, that a man has the right to kill and torture another man if he chooses to do so. This is so wrong, and the Death Penalty should not be a form of capital punishment. Over the past several years, the most widely publicized issue in capital litigation has been the constitutional status of state 's lethal injection protocols. With some exception, both the anti- and pro physician participation literature shares a common premise: The ethics of Physician 's participation should be analyzed independently from the morality of the Death Penalty. Our childhood has never really spoken the truth concerning how this really works. Ask yourself this question. “What really, is Capital Punishment? In this simpler way it can be explained, “capital punishment is defined on a person taking away life to someone,” (Capital Punishment Is Dead Wrong). This is called murder. Capital punishment is one of the biggest crimes, still today, without consequences and this must stop now! This need to be illegal everywhere. This carries a huge, dangerous risk if this was to ever happen to someone innocent. In 1984, a man named Kirk Bloodsworth who was sent to death row was convicted of rape and murder of a very young age girl. Bloodsworth spend several years sitting in the death row of a crime he didn’t commit. He was released in 1993, after DNA testing confirmed his innocence. He was the first person to be released from death row based on DNA testing. In 1986, Randy Steidl was convicted for the murder of two people Named Dyke and Karen Rhoads. He spent 17 years in prison and 12 of those on death row. Almost all his life, he was locked up and put on death row for no purpose. In 2004, he was finally freed after the Illinois State police found that Steidl had been wrongfully imprisoned and that is was a big mistake. (Exonerations of Innocent Men and Women.) They are doing nothing but taking the lives of other people for no go reason. Other choices could have been selected instead of the Death Penalty. Killing more and more people because of what they may have done and was involved in doesn’t mean that it’s okay killing or tutoring other lives. We have to take Death Penalty serious! It’s not making things better, but only worse, specially to their families! The Death Penalty is a violation of natural rights. We need to replace the Death Penalty and make it a safer and more inexpensive option. It does not guarantee safety for innocent victims, and it does not follow the goals and promises to our nation. The Death Penalty is very effective, and does not make things get better. Nothing good comes to hate and nothing good will ever come from the Death Penalty, not never! This should not continue on and be accepted in our community or anywhere else in the state. Still today, many other states still have a Death Penalty in their community and think that it’s just okay to take someone’s else live in advantage, which this is not okay. How could some people be so selfish? The Death Penalty is murder and it’s dead wrong! I would love to save many peoples ' lives of getting executed or put in jail for no reason. This has to come to an end immediately and right away
