My company is Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Four Seasons is an international luxury hospitality company founded in 1960. The company manages 101 hotels and resorts in 42 countries worldwide.My competitor is Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. Mandarin Oriental is a British international hotel investment and management group founded in 1876. The Group manages 29 hotels and resorts in 19 countries in Asia, Europe and the Americas.
We compete in luxury hotel and housing industry. It is a very niche market but increаsing consumer аwаreness аnd chаnging lifestyle аre contributing to the growing populаrity of luxury hotels globаlly. Business travelers, tour groups, small conference groups and individual tourists are the target customers of business hotels. Moreover, the luxury hotel market is also one of the most important segments. These hotel rooms have a bedroom and a separate living room. Professional members such as lawyers, businessmen and accountants tend to prefer such hotels in general. In addition, the airport hotels segment is now showing promising growth in the luxury hotel market. The target customers of airport hotels include airline passengers, their employer and airline crew and their staff, especially those whose flights have been canceled or stayed overnight.
