When communicating in CE1 the process that worked especially well is the “medium.” We were able to sit in a group and use verbal communication to have an open discussion. I knew that the Solders were interested in learning this additional duty, because I was receiving good questions on the processes. We were able to open up the briefing slides and discuss why the bosses needed to see information on a slide and the format that we might need to change in the future.
