Attention Discussion - Project Group 2

For this week’s discussion the article that stud out to me was Mind Games. The article was about Stanley Johnson a forward from the Detroit Pistons basketball team. One of the examples regarding stimulus was how at the end of last season he sat down with his coach and talked about his goals and the team goals for next season. From talking to the coach Stanley realized how much work the coach put into each season and what he needed to do to improve his skills to be able to be successful in the NBA. He also realized the hard work needed to win a championship in the NBA. I felt this encounter with the coach stimulated him to want to do better next season.
His perception was that basketball was a puzzle
