Introduction
Overall, this discussion was helpful and assisted with getting to know all of the group members. Often it is difficult to determine the strengths and the weaknesses of individuals while taking online courses. This assignment assisted with learning the strengths of each group member and learning how each member is crucial to the group, and how their individual strengths can contribute to the successful completion of the quality paper and presentation. Possessing the following strengths assist with relationship building: harmony, positivity, connectedness, and includer. All of these traits are strengths that any group is lucky to have. Group members having the ability to offer harmony and positivity to a group is excellent and these traits can assist a group through difficult times and can assist with building strong relationships amongst the group members. Connectedness is also a strength that contributes to strong bonds/relationships being developed in-between group members. Having a person in the group that ensures everyone is included is also a strength. Includers can assist with uniting group members and creating a close bond. We have strong leadership styles that work together well. We will influence one another in a positive way. We all have individual leadership styles to incorporate as well, which allows for diversity along with continuity. It looks like some of us share the harmony, developer, and positivity leadership styles. With the leadership styles of developer we will be able to respect each other’s opinions and work together well. We will be able to see the potentials that each of us brings and support these potentials to complete our project. With the leadership styles of harmony we will be able to peacefully collaborate. There will not be much conflict, we will all pull ideas together and work in a state of respect and dignity. With the leadership styles of positivity we will be able to remain enthusiastic about the assignment and complete the assignment in its entirety without negativity.
