Qualities that I believe that are needed that which stated on the application form are:

I believe I possess this critical quality. My participation and commitment can be seen from working in a team; a group, and partnerships. Steve Waugh a role model of mine once said “I’m is a big believer in having realistic leadership expectations. If people don’t believe the goal a leader has set is achievable, then energy dissipates.” As School Captains my goals wouldn’t be as simple as giving back to the sports and clubs that have helped me who I am.
