School does not always come easy to me, but I am a very hard worker. I am also involved in sports, which in order to excel, you need to put your education first. My first year on the Dance Team I received “Most Improved Dancer” award. Then to letter as a Varsity member my next year on the team, was rewarding. It shows that hard work does pay off. This summer I attended Just For Kix camp and was awarded the “Highest Kicks” award. I continue to bring my passion for dance outside of school, devoting over 21 hours a week. Meaning not only do I dance for our High School, but at a local studio as well. I have a younger brother who is always in need of a big sister to be there for him. To give advice on school, life, and girls. I also experience leadership within the school being a member of Student Council. I love to share my ideas as how to better our school and environment each day. We as students hold so much power, and leadership that shouldn't be underestimated. We are the next generation! Even in dance my coach always asks me to lead captains practice, when the captains can’t make it. I enjoy being a leader and putting my power to good use.
You need to have a good character to carry on through life happily. I think that having character is a good symbol of leadership. People will want to listen and follow you more willingly. With being an honest person, I think that is one of the best qualities a person can have. I hope that this quality will carry me far in
